Bluma Rozel Jablonca Jannuzi is an entrepreneur and consultant with over 20 years of experience leading multimillion-dollar projects across various industries, including real estate, technology, and healthcare. Before founding BFlow, Bluma spent several months in the United States, where she provided consulting services in business intelligence, product creation, and technology workforce management for companies within her network and others in sectors such as luxury concierge, fintech, and investment banking. During this period, she identified a natural demand for strategic and innovative solutions, which culminated in the maturation of her vision on how she could contribute to the growth of businesses across different sectors.

BaseID was a service intelligence software for digital traffic, integrating multi-channel communications with its own CRM and business intelligence, tracking ad metrics and using machine learning at its core. The platform connected the homebuyer experience with project conception, marketing, sales, and agent operations, evolving into a fully automated journey supported by SaaS integration.

I initially created BaseID by leveraging my real estate background, refining the methodology over two years. During the pandemic, I assumed all financial risks after my tech partner, in its early stages, couldn’t continue. With clients already onboard, I became the technology producer, building the code from scratch. Starting with human-operated messaging, the platform evolved into a fully automated system with a proprietary CRM and analytics. The software featured a bot using natural language processing — developed 18 months before ChatGPT — that filtered leads and scored potential clients. It also automated the customer journey, from scheduling visits to rating experiences, much like Uber’s rating system, integrated with developers' sales systems.
However, my extensive real estate experience became a challenge. The market saw me as an expert in sales and strategy but didn’t recognize me as a tech producer, leading to high expectations for my presence in meetings and training. Our contracts included revenue based on sales, and since lead volume influenced costs, developers often saw lack of sales as a tech failure.

With a costly team and limited cash flow, I turned to a convertible loan to sustain tech development. Despite resistance to innovation in real estate, I am proud of the results. Though I reached an advanced stage to sell the software to a major player, like many innovative ventures, BaseID couldn’t survive without further investment.
